Mist at Ardnahoe

Posted by
mark unsworth (isle of islay, United Kingdom) on 15 February 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Still on of my favourite shots even though it is two and a half years old.
Because of the long exposure there is lots of movement which gives a very soft feel to the image.

More than just recording the scene

Mirko Herzner from Mühlheim am Main, Germany

A piece of art. Not without issues from a pure photographic perspective, but really good for its effect...

Fascinating capture, love the mood and the spot of color catching the eye :)

A perfect example that technical perfection isn't everything - especially when it comes to photography. I love the faint silhouette of the house in the back. Simply beautiful.
