Lovely view! Not as much as ice on the loch as I was expecting, wonder why that is? The depth, the comparably sheltered location?

I was at this spot a couple of years ago for the same shot, there was certainly more ice then. This time the snow had come from the West so was much more on the other side of the hills than this side and also the top end of Jura was pretty much snow free especially compared to Islay. This is still a top location though especially in these conditions and there wasn't a soul about !
